We are available every day from 8am -10pm within minutes of your call to personally answer your questions, email or text. If you call before or after those hours you will be able to leave a message with our live answering service where we will get the message immediately.
We will document all calls, viewings, on line inquiries and of course phone texts from the sign on your lawn.
Weekly you will receive an update with a list of all phone calls, showings, texts, sign calls, Realtor® online inquiries, client searches through our "Private Client Service" collection program, along with all open house results.
Along with our weekly report you will be sent hourly, if need be, the newest listings as they come out to the Realtors®, one day before the public will see them.
If at the same time you are selling your home and you need to find a new place, we offer our name branded Nvesta.ca service "First to View". First to View has proven very successful when the market is hot with homes selling fast. You need to be first inside to get that special home, before the rest.
We will set up all viewings of your home, giving you day before notice of a showing. We will not surprise you with a last minute showing, allowing you to relax knowing that there are no same day showing requests unless you have specifically agreed to them.
A lock box will be installed at your home allowing only a licensed Realtor®, by appointment only, through Nvesta, to view your home.
All offers will be in written form and presented to you when we receive a reasonable offer. All listing paperwork and client offers will be set to the highest standards of the Canadian Real-estate Association, the British Columbia Real Estate Association and the Kamloops Real Estate Board and RE/MAX Western Canada.
