    Interesting fact

Backing onto Aberdeen Mountain the hiking and biking is out your back door. Trust the odd deer and bear will venture by now and then. Especially those homes on Primrose court , Foxtail drive and Lodgepole drive , that back onto the forest.

Dufferin Elementary. There is a brand new day care on the corner of Copperhead and Hugh Allen rd.

    Name Origin

Pine trees galore... or so there was before the Pine Beetle made its way through the area. You do see now the small pine trees growing. Their parent's seeds were dropped as they died and today we have the seedlings coming forth. In another ten years we should see a good crop of twenty ft trees as the beetle really did not affect the under ten footers.

Aberdeen Mountain with access across the top to Peterson Creek to the East and to the DH and mountain bike trails to the West. Or cross the hwy to Dufferin and enjoy the hiking and riding there at Kenna Cartwright Park

Aberdeen mall minutes away with the closest shopping being in the Canadian Tire Mall off Hillside Dr.

    Spruce Goose Butchers
    Gourmet Greens (fresh produce market)
    Valley First Insurance

Down the hill to the Casino, Costco, DQ and McDonald' s. Coast Hotel, Hampton Inn, Comfort Inn, Four Points Sheraton are all down the road for your guests when in town.
