From Vancouver, now a long-time resident of Kamloops Jim has raised his daughter here and now is the proud grandfather of a boy and girl. His daughter went to St Ann's then graduated with her degree at Thompson Rivers University.

Loving the outdoors Jim has been a part of many outdoor scenes in the Kamloops area from boating on the South Thompson River, biking in the local hills, coaching handicapped kids and ski patrol at both Sun Peaks and Harper Mountain, to fishing the many lakes and rivers.

Not afraid to get his hands dirty you can find Jim wearing many different coats. From cleaning up rental properties to helping an aged client move, to dining with the elite or going to the theatre, with Jim you get exactly what you see, a no nonsense person with a huge heart and a great sense of humor. He has more time for the little guy and less time for ego and ignorance.

With a background in graphic design, Jim has continually upgraded his education throughout his life. He is presently one of only two licensed International Property Specialists in the province of BC, one of just a few licensed Property Management Realtors® in Kamloops and winner more than once of the prestigious Platinum Award from RE/MAX for yearly top sales. Jim is presently studying for his real estate brokers license.

Christine Banford

Real Estate has always been an interest for Christine starting with her first income property purchase in her early 20's. After a career as a law enforcement officer, it was time for her to take on her passion. Christine has been president, coach and organizer of several sports club throughout the years and is currently a coach with the 55+ Dragonboat Club, the organizer of the Kamloops Century Ride.
